Do you have the akismet spam filter plugin installed? It works like a treat and comes standard with the newer versions of wordpress.

@Mike, we should dump them all into a large pit and yes, they will have no legal representation whatsoever.

I also have comment approval set up but I still need to spend 15 minutes every morning deleting all the spam that’s waiting for moderation.

I could not agree with you more, bring on the rope and the wors and let the beatings commence. The camp could be called Kuduspam and of course no trial date will be required.

On a more serious note I have had to revert to comment approval to try and get rid of this issue!
