Name and shame them…
Banking in this country is atrocious. The banks know they hold all the advantages and treat you accordingly
They don’t compete. The banks operate according to a principle known to themselves as a gentleman’s agreement(and as price fixing and collusion to the rest of us). They don’t try terribly hard, don’t offer anything remotely resembling better times or 12-16 hour service.

It’s in Gardens, they recently had a huge rebranding makeover. The branch itself is huge, but there only ever seems to be 4-5 people there.

Which branch? If you drop a name maybe they will read about it, clean up their act by Thursday just in time for me to go to the bank (if it’s the same branch). God! I hate going to the bank…
