They are the only city I know that gets as windy as CT does. I travel a lot between CT and the Eastern Cape and whenever I pass through PE it feels like my car is going to be picked up by the wind and blown into the sea. As well as being "reserved and soft spoken", I doubt that they would even notice the CT wind diversion. :) PE is also known as the windy city.
